活化凹凸棒石对三种阳离子染料有良好的脱色作用并符合Freundlich吸附等温式;脱色率随pH增加而递增,但各染料有差别;吸附过程似可分为两个阶段并呈现一级及应动力学的特征。用它作主要组份的吸附剂对阳离子染料生产废水的处理效果良好,脱色率和COD<sub>cr</sub>去除率可分别达到87.5%~99.8%和45.4%~72.3%;再生处理简单且其效果基本不降低,为阳离子染料生产废水的综合治理提供了一种有效而廉价的新型预处理方法。
