以人体颊黏膜细胞作为实验材料,以彗星实验为终点效应,采用仿真式的气体灌流进行体外实验,对气态甲醛遗传毒性进行了探讨.结果显示气态甲醛染毒1h,甲醛在0.5mg/m

和1.0mg/m

时具有断裂作用,在3.0mg/m
3
时则具有明显交联作用.这表明气态甲醛的遗传毒性在高浓度(3.0mg/m
3
)时可能会提高癌症发生的几率.
