村镇水土环境中抗生素的污染特征及来源解析

Abstract Surface water and soil samples were collected from three typical villages of Xiuyan County, Liaoning Province to analyze the concentrations of 34 antibiotics by SPE-HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that six types of antibiotics were detected in the water and soil of the three villages. The total concentrations of 34 antibiotics in surface water were (0.287~40.675) ng/L. Human activities and livestock breeding in the village would lead to high residual concentrations of antibiotics in water. The total concentrations of 34 antibiotics in soil were (0.630~115.363) ng/g, and the sequence of antibiotic concentrations under different functional zones was as follows: livestock breeding area > agricultural area > residential area > mining area. Livestock manure was the main source of antibiotic pollution in soil of village. In addition, the concentrations of antibiotics in water and soil are both correlated with multiple environmental factors significantly.
