Abstract:Fitted for cumulative CH4 curve by single and two phrase anaerobic digestion of kitchen wastes experiment, respectively. Cumulative CH4 curve of single phrase digestion complied with quadratic function relation(R2=0.9982) and cumulative CH4 curve of two phrase anaerobic digestion complied with linear function relation(R2=0.9972); On the premise of considering system load, the fiducial empirical model of methane generation rate was formulated and established, furthermore, the fiducial empirical model was revised by adding coefficients of pH inhibition and ammonia nitrogen inhibition; This model was verified by experimental data. The statistic of test of single phrase digestion were 486.22 and 268.63,in condition that level of test was 0.01; the statistic of test of two phrase digestion were 421.69 and 372.56,in condition that level of test was 0.01. These statistics all were higher than critical value [F0.99(1,58)=7.12]. The empirical model could predict the production of cumulative CH4 in the single and two phrase anaerobic digestion of kitchen wastes. Moreover, the calculation process of empirical model was simple.
