Abstract:Volatilization amount of typical VOCs for the production potassium penicillin salt per ton in China is estimated on the basis of emission nodes analysis, investigate data, and empiric formulas. According to the total production of potassium penicillin salt in China in recent years, the total volatilization of VOCs is also suggested. It shows that the typical VOCs are butyl acetate and butanol for the production potassium penicillin salt, which are mainly discharged from extraction, refining and tank breathing process. The volatilization of butyl acetate and butanol are about 20.49kg/t and 12.93kg/t respectively for one ton potassium penicillin salt. In recent years, the annual typical VOCs volatilization of potassium penicillin salt is becoming greater. The estimation methods and emission inventory will do help for the environmental management and emission reduction control of VOCs for potassium penicillin salt.
