Abstract:The treatment effects of a new carrier of rotating biological contactor treating micro-polluted river water are studied. Results show that bio-disc load on polyurethane foam enhanced biological contactor treatment effects. Under the station of bio-disc at the speed of 3R/min, stay 2H condition, average removal rate of COD and NH3-N up to 84.37% and 86.22% respectively.
