Abstract：To explore the fundamental theory and improve the quality of investigation scheme on environmental health problems, consider of the working features and actual demand of environmental protection administration in China and based on our experiences originated from participating several national scale regional environmental health problems investigations and explorations of the basic theories and technologies of environmental health problems research, we proposed the environmental health chain plays an important role in designing an investigation scheme for the regional environmental health issues.
